Refund Policy

Try The Moons risk-free. If you're not satisfied with your first order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund your purchase price. No return shipment required for first-time single-bag orders — just reach out.

Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Customers in the EU/EEA have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for unopened goods; our 30-day policy extends beyond that. Contact us first for return instructions. Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date) with your order number and a photo if applicable. We'll reship or refund you in full — your choice.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.

• Opened products beyond the first-bag guarantee (for hygiene and safety reasons)
• Orders reported more than 30 days after delivery
• Shipping fees, except where the return is due to our error or required by law
